The OneBuild team joined the project when the client first purchased the property. We performed a feasibility study on the site and existing building to establish options for the expansion as well as significant code research to determine all the requirements for a daycare. OneBuild then created 3 separate expansion options for the client, along with a detailed budget for each one. We guided the client to determine which option best suited their needs, and then assisted the client with onboarding the necessary design professionals for the project. We then oversaw the entire entitlement phase of the project to ensure the project would be fully approved in a timely manner. Additionally, the OneBuild team customized the construction phase to ensure that the business’ operations could be maintained during construction. By keeping the clients’ goals in the forefront at all times we were able to accomplish the client’s vision, and be ready on time and within budget.
